Driver dies after Albemarle crash – The Stanly News & Press

A driver involved in a crash on the Northeast Connector in Albemarle Friday morning has died.
David Aaron, 41, the driver involved in a crash at the intersection of the Northeast Connector and Johnson Street, died Saturday at a hospital from his injuries.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Albemarle Police arrived at the scene of a single-vehicle crash involving a reported pin-in and serious injuries at the intersection of Northeast Connector and Johnson Street at approximately 8:17 a.m. Friday.
There were no other occupants in the vehicle. No other injuries were reported.
