Greenville officer, suspect injured in shooting

GREENVILLE, Texas (KLTV) – The Greenville Police Department has reported that one of their officers has been involved in a shooting.

Monday evening around 8 p.m., both the unnamed officer and a suspect were injured in a shooting and are receiving medical attention. Their terms were not shared Monday evening.

The Texas Department of Public Safety’s Texas Rangers will lead the investigation into the officer-involved shooting as directed.
