Late night carjacking in DC caught on surveillance camera





WASHINGTON, DC – Two suspects are wanted in connection with an unarmed carjacking that occurred last month in Northwest DC, police said as they released surveillance footage of the incident.

The carjacking occurred on Thursday, October 24 at approximately 11:17 PM in the 1900 block of 14th Street Northwest. According to the victim, the suspects attacked him, stole his personal belongings and car and fled the scene. The victim was not physically injured.

Detectives have obtained surveillance images of the suspects and are asking for the public’s help in identifying them. The video, shared by the Metropolitan Police Department, shows the people believed to be involved in the incident.
