Three people were injured in a shooting near Burton Heights

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) – Three people were injured in an early morning Thanksgiving shooting near Grand Rapids’ Burton Heights neighborhood.

According to Grand Rapids police, the shooting happened just after 3:30 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Burton Street and Division Avenue. Three people were injured and taken to a nearby hospital.

The victims’ injuries are not life-threatening at this time.

No arrests have been made at this time, but investigations are ongoing.
