Deloitte, No. 4 on the list, offers a global mobility program, and American Express (No. 49) offers international matchmaking programs. Airbus, No. 42, offers international assignments as part of employee growth, while Bank of America, No. 12, encourages employees to travel as part of their new sabbatical program, which gives four to six weeks of PTO after 15 years of service. Continental, ranked 29th, offers short- and long-term international job rotations, providing workers with travel benefits and internal mobility opportunities.

EY, ranked 18th, regularly receives more than 50,000 internal applications each year for cross-border positions, and this number increases each year. People who have completed a mobility engagement stay at EY longer, as they have on average a 15% higher retention rate than their peers who have not completed a mobility engagement, according to the company.
