Palace breaks silence on conspiracy theories about Kate Middleton’s health on social media

The Palace has broken its silence over unfounded conspiracy theories about Kate Middleton’s health shared on social media.

The Princess of Wales, 42, was first seen in public two days ago after being admitted to hospital for abdominal surgery in January for an unspecified condition. Gossip site TMZ photographed the princess in an Audi 4×4 near Windsor, alongside her mother Carole Middleton.

Exact details of the princess’s condition have not been revealed, but the palace previously said it was not cancer-related and that Kate wanted her personal medical information to remain private.

His absence from the public eye and the fact that Prince William has performed fewer public duties in recent weeks have sparked a series of unfounded conspiracy theories online that speculated about the royal’s fate.

Referring to William, a royal spokesperson said People magazine: “He focuses on his work and not on social networks. »

The independent has contacted Kensington Palace for comment. Previously, the palace said the princess was “doing well.”

It comes as Kate’s uncle Gary Goldsmith, sister of her mother Carole Middleton, lashed out at Meghan Markle in the Celebrity Big Brother house on Tuesday night.

He said: “I feel like Harry was really, really loved. When they were a trio – so Kate, William and Harry – they seemed really comfortable together.

“Then suddenly there’s an additional dynamic that comes in, puts a stick in the shelves and creates so much drama that I don’t really think there is any – and rewrote the story and said how bad he was Unfortunate. And I just don’t think that’s fair.

“You can’t throw your family under the bus, write books about it and then expect to be invited to Christmas.”

The 58-year-old also mentioned during a chat with Sharon Osbourne that he hoped Harry would return to the UK and that he believed the nation would “forgive him”.
