About Alaris:

The Trust, through its subsidiaries, indirectly provides alternative financing to private companies (“The partners“) in exchange for distributions for the primary purpose of generating stable and predictable cash flows for the payment of distributions to unitholders of the Trust. Associate distributions are adjusted annually based on the percentage change in a financial performance measure of “top line” such as gross margin and same-store sales and takes priority over the owners’ common stock position.
