Harry Potter Fans Shocked After Deleted Scene Randomly Appears In Goblet Of Fire

The deleted scene featured in Goblet of Fire surprised fans

A deleted scene makes a bizarre appearance in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire – and fans thought they were seeing things.

If there’s one thing we know Harry Potter fans, they are detail-oriented.

So if something is wrong, they will spot it.

And in this scene of Harry Potter and the Goblet of FireHogwarts students sit down to sing their school’s official song – and it’s all very weird.

Fans said it was a deleted scene that actually happened in the book that appeared in the movie.

The song is called “Hoggy Warty Hogwarts”, and if you think that’s strange, you might want to pay close attention to the lyrics…

Filmed in the infamous Great Hall of Hogwarts, the wizarding school welcomed the Durmstrang Institute and the Beauxbatons Academy of Magic to compete in the Triwizard Tournament.

Dumbledore begins the proceedings by shouting across the corridor: “Maestro please.”

As epic as it was, the rest of the performance was totally bizarre.

The students begin by singing: “Whether we are old and bald or young with crusty knees” and “For now they are naked and full of hair, dead flies and lint.”

The faces of the students from the other schools say it all, they seem completely perplexed as to what is happening.

And those in the comments section were just as confused, while some offered to give plausible explanations for the bizarre chant/song.

One person commented: “This was definitely cut, although it does explain the interview where Dan was angry because schools had cool entries and they had this.”

Another said: “Deff I don’t remember lol and I was obsessed with Harry Potter. I have passed my business on to my eldest now. I’ll check the DVD and VHS.”

“Dude I almost pissed myself the first time I saw the TV clip with that sksjshsnsm,” added a third.

Meanwhile, a fourth person said: “Yes. For the TV versions they added them back. It could just be part of the director’s cut.”

“This is a deleted scene from the movie that actually happened in the book,” thought a fifth.

Someone else said: “Lmao in the books Dumbledore asks them each to choose their favorite song and everyone finishes at different times. The Weasley twins chose a funeral march.”

Another added: “OMG thank you for letting me know about this because my cousin and I were both about to flip out because we were quoting almost everything.”
