Lower Rio Grande Valley Municipal Clerks Association Hosts Silent Auction

Earlier this month, the Lower Rio Grande Valley Municipal Clerks Association hosted a successful silent auction at the Municipal League of Texas Region 12 Training Workshop, which took place is held on South Padre Island. The event brought together city clerks and city officials from across the region to raise funds and foster community engagement.

Angela Solis, Rio Grande City Clerk and Vice President of the LRGV Municipal Clerks Association, played a crucial role in planning and preparing for the auction. Her dedication and organizational skills were essential to the success of the event.

The silent auction featured a variety of donated items, including gift cards and goods from regional businesses. Proceeds from the auction will support association initiatives and professional development programs for municipal clerks in the Lower Rio Grande Valley.
