Roma have offered Sporting Braga star Simon Banza

Roma were approached by intermediaries who offered the services of Sporting Braga star Simon Banza.

As reported in previous days, Roma continues its search for a valid replacement for Romelu Lukaku and Tammy Abraham: both players are expected to leave the club this summer and Roma wants to obtain replacements compatible with Daniele De Rossi’s demands.

According to The messengerRoma’s new technical director, Florent Ghisolfi, set to work to find the right candidate for the job.

The newspaper claims that Ghisolfi has already held discussions with various intermediaries and that during discussions for Jérémie Boga of Nice, Ghisolfi was offered the services of Simon Banza, 27, of Sporting Braga.

Ghisolfi and Banza have known each other since their years at Lens – Banza is coming off a remarkable season in the Portuguese top flight with 21 goals and 4 assists in 28 appearances.
