Home and Away Fans Spot Mistake in Justin and Leah’s Marriage Storyline

At home and away fans spotted a mistake in Justin Morgan and Leah Patterson’s wedding story.

The couple tied the knot in scenes that aired last month, although an image of the apparent marriage certificate circulated online — and fans noticed an error (via Yahoo).

The important in-universe document shows the wedding being from 2023, rather than the broadcast date of 2024 – although this could be because filming took place around six months in advance.

“It’s not easy… but that’s when it should have been (filmed) and not broadcast,” one person wrote on Facebook.

“(It was) filmed in 2023 but aired this year, (they) should have changed the date to match,” suggested another.

A third pointed out: “We’re watching episodes (filmed) six months ago. Hence the date 2023.”

Last month, Leah actress Ada Nicodemou opened up about a relatively drama-free marriage, especially after the couple’s relationship struggles.
