Spring Man Arrested for Silent Abusive Call/Electric 911 Communication

SPRING, Texas — On May 28, 2024, at approximately 4:12 p.m., Constable Ryan Gable deputies responded to a motor vehicle crash near Riley Fuzzel Rd and Birnham Woods Dr in Spring. After investigation the driver; Travis Moorman received a citation. Travis was upset by the citation and called Montgomery Co. Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) dispatch several times over the next 4 hours, being belligerent and hostile toward the dispatchers. After an investigation, deputies arrested Travis at his residence for silent abuse call/electrical 911 communications. Travis was transported to the MCSO jail.
