Person taken to hospital after utility trailer fire in Ogden

OGDEN, Utah (KUTV) — A person working inside a utility trailer was taken to the hospital after the trailer caught fire in Ogden.

The fire broke out Wednesday afternoon in the 600 block of 850 North St. while the person inside was working, officials said.

The person’s condition was not immediately known.

Ogden officials said, “We will not discuss medical issues related to the appeal. »

The Ogden Fire Department said the trailer was a total loss valued at about $5,000.

Surrounding structures were not damaged and firefighters were able to contain the fire to the trailer, officials said.

The Fire Marshal’s Office was investigating the cause of the fire Wednesday afternoon.

No one was displaced from their homes, officials said.
