Alison Hammond ‘delivered a SECOND BBC show that could take on This Morning in ‘nightmare’ for ITV’

Alison Hammond has reportedly been offered a new show by the BBC which could clash in the schedules with This Morning, causing a “nightmare” for ITV.

It comes just months after the presenter, 49, was ‘snubbed’ by This Morning bosses when Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard won the show’s main presenting gig.

Now Alison, who continues to host the ITV Friday series with Dermot O’Leary, was reportedly approached to host a travel show called Florida Unpacked.

BBC bosses have already signed her to host Alison Hammond’s Big Weekend, which would see her spend 48 hours interviewing famous faces.

A source told The Sun: “It’s a constant nightmare for ITV as Alison is seen by them as one of their biggest stars – but she’s increasingly working for their rivals.

“The travel show is the latest tempting offer she has accepted with BBC executives reveling in the fact they can take on This Morning.

Before adding: “This could lead to the situation where Alison could be seen hosting the daytime magazine show on ITV whilst simultaneously being seen on BBC One.”

According to the publication, the series would follow Alison as she visits the sunny state of Florida, with possible future series set in different parts of the world.

MailOnline has contacted Alison’s representatives, the BBC and ITV for comment.

In her celebrity interview show, Alison will enter stars’ homes and give fans a glimpse into their glamorous lives.

Set to be filmed across the UK, Alison will ask all the big questions in her unique and hilarious way – something that has made the This Morning and Great British Bake Off star one of the country’s most loved personalities.

Alison said that during the series, which will air on BBC One and iPlayer in 2025, she will be sure to leave “no stone unturned or closet unturned” in her quest for celebrity gossip.

Speaking about her new gig on the rival BBC, Alison said: “I’m so excited to be serving up big lol and tons of OMG reveals on the BBC as I spend quality time with some of the UK’s favorite celebrities. United.
