Car break-in filmed, police search for suspect

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – Around 1:30 a.m. on June 11, two unknown persons entered several vehicles and attempted to enter several others, according to the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office.

This happened in the Medalist Lane and Medalist Road area of Rotonda West.

Among the items taken was a firearm.

The video below shows a suspect checking the door handle to see if it is unlocked.
