“Oppose anti-Semitism: stop the hatred”

NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESSWIRE / June 18, 2024 / In response to growing anti-Semitism, Chosen People Ministries is mobilizing individuals from all backgrounds to unite in solidarity and oppose a rising tide of hatred that extends beyond the Middle East.

On June 20, Chosen People Ministries, an organization dedicated to sharing the love of the Messiah with Jewish people around the world, will host “Oppose Anti-Semitism: Stop the Hate” at the Palladium Times Square in Manhattan. Through this gathering, Chosen People Ministries seeks to confront and combat the global scourge of anti-Semitism through education, solidarity and prayer.

Speakers include Dr. AR Bernard, senior pastor of the Christian Cultural Center of Brooklyn; Dr. Michael Brown, author, social commentator and apologist for Messianic Jewry; Dr. Mitch Glaser, president of Chosen People Ministries; and Mark and Freya Leach, father/daughter anti-Semitic activists from Australia. Featured musical artists include Joshua Aaron, Yaron Cherniak and Aaron Shust.

“As an organization committed to the well-being of the Jewish people, Chosen People Ministries refuses to remain silent in the face of hatred and intolerance,” said Dr. Glaser. “Through events like Stand Up to Anti-Semitism: Stop the Hate, we hope to inspire individuals to become agents of change and champions of tolerance and understanding.”

Following the events following the October 7 massacre in Israel, anti-Semitic incidents have increased around the world, targeting Jewish communities with hateful rhetoric, violence and discrimination.

“We cannot stand idly by while anti-Semitism continues to spread its poisonous ideology,” Dr. Glaser said. “We must act to support the Jewish people and oppose the genocidal attacks by Hamas and various other Iranian proxies like Hezbollah, as well as the growing anti-Jewish movement in the United States and Europe.”

The upcoming gathering will feature insightful speakers, worship and teachings designed to raise awareness of the dangers of anti-Semitism and empower participants to take meaningful action in their communities. From exploring the historical roots of anti-Semitism to examining its modern manifestations, participants will gain valuable insights into combating this centuries-old hatred.
