Mosaic Insurance partners with WNS to create a future-ready operating model

Global specialty insurer Mosaic Insurance has entered into a multi-year partnership with WNS, a provider of global digital business process management (BPM) solutions.

This partnership aims to create a future-ready operating model for underwriting and claims support, reinsurance processing, and financial and technology services.

WNS will leverage its deep domain expertise to create digital-first operations to improve efficiency, customer experience and market positioning.

Additionally, WNS will also generate actionable insights by improving data management and integrating advanced analytics to support Mosaic’s growth in niche specialty products.

An Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) will also be set up by WNS, as part of its technology service solutions. The center was created to identify automation opportunities across all business functions.

WNS implemented a multi-tower, multi-site process, including a central middle-office delivery team alongside Mosaic’s internal operations center.
