WAM Leaders Limited offers a vesting program whereby shareholders of QVE Equities Limited may elect to receive new WAM Leaders shares, cash or a combination as consideration. The final number of shares or cash amount will be calculated based on pre-tax NTA values ​​on the day the program becomes legally binding, with indicative values ​​showing a premium to recent QVE stock prices. Shareholders are reminded that these values ​​have not been adjusted for recent dividends from QVE, which would have the effect of increasing the bonuses offered.
