‘The Acolyte is absolutely the pinnacle of Star Wars’: Fans shocked by series finale as Disney ‘really went for it’

“Star Wars: The Sidekick” released its fifth episode this week, and after two episodes where absolutely nothing happened, this week’s episode delivered everything in one fell swoop. If you haven’t watched the last episode and don’t want things spoiled, I advise you to stop reading here because the following parts are going to be incredibly spoiler-filled, and damn, there are some a lot.

In episode 5, we witness the confrontation between the Jedi and the Master. Most of the Jedi on the search party are wiped out within the first few minutes of the series. As the episodes progress, our main characters are wiped out one by one, including Jecki Lon and Yord.
