Reward offered for shooting outside Tuskegee store that left 1 dead, 3 injured

Kendarious Beason, 26, was killed in a June 15, 2024, shooting that injured three other people outside a Tuskegee store.

A reward is being offered for information about a shooting outside a Tuskegee convenience store that left one person dead and three others injured.

The shooting happened around 1 a.m. on Saturday, June 15, outside Josh’s store on East Martin Luther King Highway.

Tuskegee police arrived at the store and found four gunshot victims.

Kendarius Beason, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other victims were taken to hospital, two of them seriously injured.

No arrests have been made.

On Wednesday, Central Alabama Crime Stoppers announced a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 334-215-STOP or -833-AL1-STOP. Tips can also be submitted through the agency’s P3-tips app.
