Safe Bulkers sets the date for its annual general meeting

Safe bulk carriers (SB) released an update.

Safe Bulkers, Inc., a leading player in dry bulk shipping, has scheduled its annual general meeting of shareholders for September 12, 2024, at the Fairmont Hotel in Monaco. Shareholders registered on July 17, 2024 will be able to attend and vote. The company, listed on the NYSE under the symbols “SB”, “SB.PR.C” and “SB.PR.D”, specializes in the transportation of raw materials such as coal, grain and iron ore over world roads.
