According to People, Francesca Eastwood is the seventh child of director Clint Eastwood and the only child she had with British actress Francis Fisher. Therefore, according to the magazine, she has seven half-siblings, including Laurie, Kimber, Kyle, Alison, ScottKathryn and Morgan.
