Emma Roberts Breaks Silence on Collaboration with Aunt Julia Roberts

Emma Roberts has revealed the reason why she hasn’t worked with her aunt, the legendary Julia Roberts, yet.

Despite numerous offers of projects for them to play together, Emma said Variety that she never found a perfect project that suited both of them.

“I would love to find the perfect project for me and my aunt, and I know there will be something, but it’s never been the right thing to do,” Emma said.

She added: “She’s the best and I want to do something with her. We send each other books and talk about this and that, but it’s not going well.”

Although the two starred in the 2010 romantic comedy Valentine’s Day, they did not share any scenes as they were part of different stories.

Emma is a big fan of her aunt’s work, as she shared: “I watch her films when I’m out there and I’m alone, I have films of her downloaded on my computer that I watch to comfort myself.”
