CSC Financial announces changes within the General Secretariat

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. Class H (Hong Kong:6066) released an update.

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. announced a reshuffle of its corporate secretariat. Mr. WANG Guangxue has resigned and Mr. LIU Naisheng has been appointed as the new secretary of the board of directors, deputy company secretary and alternate authorized representative. Mr. WANG’s departure was amicable, with no disputes disclosed, while Mr. LIU’s appointment is pending approval of a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange due to non-compliance with certain listing rules. In the meantime, Mr. WANG will continue to serve in his position until Mr. LIU’s formal approval.
