People Shocked After Discovering Disposable Vape With Touchscreen And Apps

When aliens inevitably find the shattered remains of this world and look for a symbol that our civilization was collapsing, they will only have to check our dumps.

There they’ll find disposable e-cigarette batteries that not only could give your lungs a boost, but would also feature touchscreens and apps on a cheap device designed to be thrown away.

I apologize for sounding like an old man yelling at a cloud, dear reader, but if that is it, then it seems strange and frightening to me.

This disposable vape, which can be yours for around £20, claims to have up to 30,000 puffs of medically harmful flavoured air.

Of course, the real appeal of this gadget is the extra technology that goes into it that you don’t have to put in your mouth or inhale.

This is how the world ends, not with a bang but with a landfill full of disposable e-cigarettes. (@midwestgoodsinc/YouTube)

The disposable vape boasts built-in games, a touchscreen, and the ability to pair it with your phone via Bluetooth so you can receive call and text notifications.

It looks like it has a calculator and a weather app, and you can even change the wallpaper design of your little disposable box filled with addictive juice.

I know this is a technological advancement our ancestors could never have imagined, but it’s a touchscreen device with real computing power and Bluetooth functionality and it’s a fucking disposable vape.

All of this technology and work will simply end up in a landfill while the next disposable vape is manufactured to take its place in a continuous cycle of consumption and waste.

Some people have shared photos of the device on social media, and thankfully, the internet has made fun of the idea of so much technology crammed into a disposable vape.

“Why the hell are we wasting semiconductors and OLED screens on e-cigarettes that are going to be thrown away after a month?” one person asked, while another said: “We have phones, motherfuckers, there’s no reason for this thing to exist.”

Someone else said that even the most basic disposable vapes were “already a huge waste of resources and labor.”

Others decried the “insane” amount of e-waste that the disposable vape would produce, while another said it was an “absolute disaster.”

Meanwhile, someone else thought they had located the culprit, claiming that the whole problem “came from whoever decided to put a screen on a refrigerator.”

Remember that while vaping isn’t as bad for you as smoking, it’s definitely not a healthy practice.

Some countries, such as the UK, are banning disposable e-cigarettes, with the ban set to come into effect on April 1, 2025.
