The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6, one of the best smartwatches for Samsung or Android users, is on sale for $229.99 (originally $329.99) on Amazon, which is its best price yet, according to my favorite price-checking tools.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 launched last summer with top-notch specs and features. Since its release, it has been compared to the Pixel Watch 2 as a competitor for Android users. But with its current discount, it would be very difficult to justify buying the Pixel Watch 2 over the Galaxy Watch 6, with a price difference of over $100.

The display is one of the first things that stands out about the Galaxy Watch 6. It features a bright 1.3-inch, 2,000-nit AMOLED display with a digital bezel for quick scrolling through menus. The battery on this model lasts up to 22 hours, which is significantly less than the 50 hours offered by the previous generation. If you’re looking for the smaller 40mm display, that option is also available for this lowest price yet $185 (originally $299.99).

With an Android smartwatch, you’ll get all the latest features of Wear OS. Some Galaxy Watch 6-specific features include an accelerometer to measure your speed, GPS tracking, a heart rate monitor, a blood oxygen monitor, a temperature sensor, and more. The Galaxy Watch 6 also lets you make or receive phone calls from your Android phone as long as you’re within Bluetooth range (or anywhere if you decide to get the LTE version).

PCMag thought the Galaxy Watch 6 was “excellent” and called it the best Android-based smartwatch at the time of its release.
