Taapsee Pannu refuses selfie from influencer on stage |

Taapsee Pannu is going all out to promote his upcoming film ‘Khel Khel Mein’ and recently attended a song launch of the film. During the event, a influencer was seen on stage with the actress and an unfortunate incident seems to have occurred between the two.
A video that has gone viral on the internet shows Taapsee and influencer Ananya Dwivedi greeting each other and shaking hands, posting that Ananya asked the actress to take a selfie. In the clip, Taapsee is seen politely declining the suggestion. As the video went viral, Ananya commented on it, taking a dig at Taapsee. “This is me. And I don’t understand why anyone would refuse a selfie selfie “When you’re already surrounded by cameras and the only reason influencers like me were called is to promote HER song! She really needs better PR training,” Ananya’s comment read.
It seems that Taapsee first posed for a picture but quickly suggested not to click the selfie on stage. Internet users Opinions were divided on the incident. “She did nothing wrong, she has no obligation to take a selfie, and there are cameras so they can take a proper picture,” read one comment on Reddit. Another user also defended Taapsee and wrote, “Please stop dehumanizing celebrities like this. She can refuse a selfie if she wants.”
Another comment on the post read, “Pata nahin 1 min ka kaam tha anyway. It’s all about promotions. Now they both are internet famous.” An Instagram user noted, “she is junior jaya bachchan.”
