Severe hailstorm damages Uzbekistan Airways plane; no injuries reported

The airline’s press service reported that the incident occurred on August 3 with an Airbus A320 flying from Krasnoyarsk to Tashkent. Currently, the hail damage has already been repaired and the aircraft is undergoing scheduled maintenance. “The aircraft encountered hail in a cloudy area, which damaged the front part of the aircraft. The aircraft continued its journey and landed safely at Tashkent airport. There were no injuries,” the airline said.
