A pitbull mix, a labrador mix and a horse

Blazing star is a 3-year-old pit bull terrier mix who arrived at the Humane Society of Missouri headquarters on Macklind Avenue in June as a stray. He loves attention and is respectfully searched. He has spent time with the campers at HSMO’s summer camp and has played well with the children.

Wynona is a 27 year old quarter horse who came to Longmeadow Rescue Ranch last September when her previous owners could no longer care for her. Wynona is calm, quiet and loves attention. She would be a good horse for a beginner. Wynona would be ideal for the grandchildren to groom, love and teach riding.

Kaido is a 7-month-old Labrador Retriever who came to HSMO’s Maryland Heights shelter in August when his previous owner could no longer care for him. Kaido would love an active family who can continue his training, as he is still young. He is sweet and eager to please his loved ones.
