Throughout the fight, Silva operated outside the cage, using her movement, speed and a more diverse arsenal of offensive weapons to outplay her countrywoman over the course of three rounds. As the fight wore on, Silva pulled away from Andrade, showing her ability to take a hit while forcing the former strawweight champion to chase the rest of the way.

With her unanimous decision win, Silva improves to 6-0 in the Octagon while extending her winning streak to a dozen overall, establishing herself as a contender in the process. Things are starting to get crowded at the top of the flyweight division, but all that means we should see a slew of exceptional fights in the 125-pound ranks to close out 2024 and kick off next year.
