Cash reward offered for information on unsolved murder

FLINT, Michigan (WNEM) – Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information leading to an arrest in an unsolved murder in Flint five years ago.

Charles David Stocker, 39, was shot and killed on Sept. 13, 2019, in north Flint, according to Crime Stoppers.

Stocker was leaving his home in the 300 block of E. Pulaski Avenue around 11:15 p.m. when an unknown vehicle drove by and fired shots, Crime Stoppers said, adding that he was shot.

If you have information about the unsolved murder, you are asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-422-JAIL. Only tips received by Crime Stoppers that result in a felony arrest are eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,500.
