Smiling suspect caught on video destroying Philadelphia parking lot exit gate

PHILADELPHIA – This vandalism suspect’s smile could turn upside down if he is identified by Philadelphia police.

Video captured the moment he twisted and broke an exit gate at the Love Park underground parking lot on JFK Boulevard.

He can be seen smiling as he holds the arm of the broken barrier, before placing it on the ground and walking away.
