Report: Braxton Jones is considered week-to-week with a knee injury

Bears left tackle Braxton Jones may not play next week, but he is not expected to be out for an extended period of time.

According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Jones is considered week-to-week with the knee injury he suffered in Sunday’s loss to the Commanders.

Rapoport noted that Jones may miss a week or two, but he didn’t suffer a major injury.

Jones, 25, was a fifth-round pick in 2022. He played 35 games for Chicago over the past three seasons.

The Bears will hit the road again in Week 9 to take on the Cardinals.
