Man shot multiple times on Garrison Boulevard

Baltimore, MD – A man was seriously injured during a shooting in Northwest Baltimore on Saturday night, prompting a full investigation by local authorities.

On October 12, 2024, at approximately 6:54 p.m., officers responded to reports of gunshots in the 4400 block of Garrison Boulevard. Upon arrival, they found an unidentified male victim suffering from multiple apparent gunshot wounds. Medics quickly transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.

Washington, D.C. – A simple attack in Northwest DC is under investigation as a potential hate crime, prompting a request for public assistance in identifying the suspect.

On October 12, at approximately 9:44 a.m., the victim was walking in the 800 block of 6th Street, Northwest, when the suspect approached and attacked her. As the suspect fled the scene, they made comments targeting the victim’s ethnicity.

The suspect was captured on surveillance cameras and the images are provided for identification purposes.

Metropolitan Police Department is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of individuals responsible for crimes committed in the District of Columbia.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating this incident as potentially motivated by hate or bias. This designation may change as the investigation progresses, and the Special Liaison Department is assisting with the investigation.

Somerset County, NJ – Somerset County residents who did not receive, misplaced, or incorrectly filled out their mail-in ballot can request a replacement.
