According to documents obtained by TMZ, the lawsuit in question was filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee and involved the 10-year-old aspiring rapper being accompanied by his parents in hopes of furthering his career in the music field by meeting key executives , including Diddy. .

The boy’s identity remains unknown and is referred to only as John Doe. After hearing him cover some songs, Diddy reportedly told the boy that he could be a star.

Disturbing details about the lawsuit were reportedly shared on social media, alleging that Combs asked the child how much he wanted to be a star, saying, “You sometimes have to do things you don’t want to do” before allegedly forcing him the heinous acts in question.

The lawsuit then alleges that the child allegedly woke up with his pants down and believed he had been sexually assaulted by Combs.

He further claimed in court that his parents were afraid to report the alleged assault to police for fear of retaliation, as reported by Page Six.

The 54-year-old was recently denied bail by a judge after being arrested in New York City in September 2024 and is awaiting his next trial in US federal prison.
