Amazon Ads announces new AI tools for advertisers

Amazon Ads on Tuesday announced the introduction of two new artificial intelligence (AI) tools.

AI Creative Studio and Audio Generator are new generative AI tools designed to reduce creative barriers and expand opportunities for advertisers to extend their reach.

These AI-powered tools enable brands of all sizes to create engaging content across all types of media and eliminate boundaries between ad formats, the company said.

With the audio generator, Amazon Ads expands its suite of AI-powered creative tools – including image generator and video generator – empowering brands to connect with customers throughout the purchasing journey, it said.

These tools simplify the creation and activation of new campaign creative, helping brands experiment more freely and optimize based on performance – with little more than the information on their Amazon product page, he said.

To further improve a seamless ad creation experience, Amazon Ads said it is launching an AI creative studio – which helps advertisers explore and create unique ads in one place.

AI Creative Studio brings Amazon Ads’ AI-powered creative generators into a single app, where brands can conceptualize, create and update content regardless of format, the company said.

“We’re excited to introduce these new AI-powered creative tools that have the potential to transform the way brands connect with Amazon customers,” said Jay Richman, vice president of creative experiences at Amazon Ads.
