Diddy accused of sexually assaulting a 10-year-old boy in New York: details

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing new charges accusing him of drugging and sexually assaulting two boys. CNN.

In one case, the hip-hop mogul is accused of drugging and assaulting a 10-year-old boy in a New York City hotel room in 2005.

The other indictment accuses him of a similar attack in 2008 against a then-17-year-old boy who allegedly tried to participate in the reality TV show “Making the Band.”

The identities of the alleged victims have not been released.

Attorneys for Combs dismissed the latest allegations and accused the attorney who filed them of seeking publicity in a statement to CNN.

Diddy, 54, remains in a Brooklyn jail awaiting trial after pleading not guilty to racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Last month lawyers for more than 100 so-called victims shared claims of rape, sexual assault and sexual exploitation against him and other alleged perpetrators.

These included allegations of forcible sexual assault and rape, drug facilitation, false imprisonment and sexual abuse of minors, including allegations involving a 9-year-old boy who reportedly auditioned for Bad Boy Records prior to the attack.

In one specific case, lead counsel Tony Buzbee of The Buzbee Law Firm said a boy who was 9 years old at the time was being taken to an audition at Bad Boy Records in New York along with other young boys when he was attacked.

In the report, the alleged victim claimed he was sexually assaulted by Diddy and several others at the studio with the promise of a recording contract.

“This individual was sexually assaulted, allegedly by Sean Combs and several other people in the studio,” Buzbee said.

Buzbee further explained how the patterns in the allegations suggest that Diddy exploited promises of career advancement to facilitate abuse.

Diddy trial

Combs is currently awaiting trial behind bars and will appear in court on May 5 on sex trafficking charges.

He has denied his guilt allegations dating back to 2008. submitted last month. Two judges have determined that Diddy would pose a threat to the community if released.

In a blistering three-count indictment, Diddy is accused of running a business to fulfill his sexual desires.

From around 2008, he allegedly abused women for years by hitting, punching, dragging, throwing objects and kicking them.

The indictment alleges that he operated under “The Combs Enterprise,” which also includes Bad Boy Entertainment, Combs Enterprises and Combs Global, involving individuals and activities that affected interstate and foreign commerce.

It also provides details Diddy’s “Freak Off Parties”, where he and his associates allegedly lured female victims and then forced them to perform sex acts with commercial sex workers.

Diddy faces extortion, sex trafficking by force and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He is also confronted with more possible lawsuits in a handful of other civil lawsuits and one criminal lawsuit.
