Solidcore Resources plc: Investor Relations Team Update

Following the completion of the Exchange Offer and the subsequent delisting of the shares from the Moscow Stock Exchange as disclosed by the Company on October 15, 2024, Solidcore Resources plc (“Solidcore” or the “Company”) announces that the Customer Relations team Investors will be relocated to the company’s headquarters in Astana. The decision is driven by the Company’s focus on AIX, its sole and flagship listing, its commitment to developing the financial infrastructure at AIFC and its desire to strengthen core competencies in its home market. Evgeny Monakhov, Head of Investor Relations, will leave his role with immediate effect. Kirill Kuznetsov, who joined the Company’s Investor Relations team in 2019, will assume the role of Head of IR.
