Mouse caught enjoying chicken in Malaysian restaurant

Visiting a restaurant and seeing a rodent chewing on food intended for customers is not at all desirable.

However, this is a reality that many restaurants face. Rodent infestation is a significant problem and can instantly ruin a restaurant’s reputation.

Recently, several videos have gone viral on social media showing poor hygiene practices in Malaysian restaurants. It looks like a Malaysian restaurant is back in the spotlight, and this time, the main act features a rat.

Mamak stalls are very popular in Malaysia; These are roadside stalls that sell food. They are valued in the community for their tasty and affordable food. But it appears they run the risk of having unwanted visitors disrupt their daily operations.

The video, which was shared on social media, shows the rat eating tandoori chicken left on skewers.

The time and date of the incident have not been released, but a video was posted on Instagram showing how the rat ran towards customers, leaving many of them screaming.

What was shocking to note was that none of the employees did anything after seeing the rat eating the chicken.
