Sean “Diddy” Combs’ accuser was ordered to reveal her identity

A woman who accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexually assaulting her two decades ago has been ordered by a judge in the Southern District of New York to reveal her identity.

Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil ruled that the woman, who identified herself in the lawsuit as Jane Doe, must identify herself or the lawsuit will be dismissed, according to legal documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.

In the official opinion, Vyskocil agreed that Doe has “an interest in keeping her identity private given the sensitive nature of her allegations” and “the potential for public scrutiny of her personal life.”

However, Vyskocil argued that as an adult, Doe has decided “to file a lawsuit accusing a famous person of heinous behavior approximately twenty years ago and additionally accusing a number of companies of complicity in that alleged behavior.”

Therefore, Vyskocil believes Doe “has not shouldered her burden to demonstrate her right to” anonymity.

She has until November 13 to renew her charges with her first name attached.

In her filing, which was also obtained by Page Six, Doe alleged that she and her girlfriend were locked in a New York City hotel room with the disgraced media mogul, now 54, after being invited to an after-party by his associates in 2004 .
