Joan Vassos was shockingly dumped by one of her Final 3 contestants on Tuesday’s episode of The Golden Bachelorette, leaving fans in shock.

The 61-year-old school principal from Maryland had narrowed it down to her final three: Chock Chapple, 60, Guy Gansert, 66, and Pascal Ibgui, 69, heading into Wednesday night’s overnight games.

She made it clear from the beginning of the episode that she didn’t want to get physical with any of the men until she found the one.

She also made it clear that she was perhaps more excited than the others about her date with Ibgui, who slowly broke down his walls even further.

Joan and Pascal underwent a Tahitian ritual during their date, which Pascal revealed left him “terrified” and made him realize he was not in love with Joan, a revelation that both devastated Joan and shocked fans.
