Chelsea Freeman sports a fitted Dodgers top and a custom Freddie jacket

Chelsea Vrijman kicks off Game 5 of the MLB World Series with fantastic fashion inspired by her husband Freddie Vrijman.

Before tonight’s game – which pits the Los Angeles Dodgers against the New York Yankees – Chelsea arrived at Yankee Stadium in New York City ready to cheer on Freddie, the Dodgers’ first baseman. Chelsea stepped in wearing a blue long-sleeved Dodgers jersey covered with a black leather jacket. On the back of the jacket there is a large square denim patch with the text Freeman and prints of Freddie in action.

It’s been a busy few days for the Freeman family, especially since the Dodgers have won three of the four previous Series games. But luckily, Chelsea and Freddie’s three children – Charlie, 8, and Brandon and Max, both 3 – are having a great time.

In an interview with “Good morning AmericaToday, Chelsea expressed gratitude for the Dodgers’ support of her and her family, especially since Max was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome last summer.

“We are a family and we know we can count on them for anything and (the Dodgers) have our back,” Chelsea said. “That’s why I think it’s so cool that Freddie is finally getting his shining moment and giving back.” for them and the fans and the Dodgers in general because they have been absolutely incredible to us throughout this whole process.”
