Walmart sells tiny houses shipped to your door, crane required

The US’s largest retailer sells 20-by-20-foot homes that include a bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen.

But for the unfurnished home, buyers will need a crane or forklift to unload, and they don’t come with any equipment, according to the Walmart list.

Arizona Law Earlier this year, a call went out for cities with more than 75,000 residents to allow small backyard homes, known as accessory dwelling units or casitas, on single-family properties. The tiny houses have no design restrictions and do not require additional parking.

Walmart’s tiny house comes with a warning: People should not be inside during bad weather, such as storms, floods, hurricanes and snowstorms.
