Marsh McLennan announces leadership changes for Latin America

Brockmann, who will remain based in Mexico City, will support Rivera’s efforts to guide Marsh McLennan’s regional objectives, with a focus on customer innovation, sustainability and operational excellence. Brockmann’s tenure at Marsh McLennan spans more than 25 years, including recent service as CEO of Marsh McLennan LAC and president of Marsh LAC since February 2023. His career in the insurance industry has spanned more than four decades, highlighted by leadership roles at Marsh LAC and Marsh McLennan Mexico for 13 years.
