Man who claims he was ‘sexually abused’ by Diddy at age 10 says he still has ‘night terrors’ – News

A man has claimed Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs sexually abused him when he was just ten years old, causing him to suffer ‘regular night terrors’.

The claims come as the unnamed man files charges Combs in New York County Superior Court for the attack, which reportedly occurred in 2005.

The man claims he came to New York to be introduced to music industry figures because he was an aspiring rapper, and after meeting Combs, he was later sexually assaulted.

In court documents, such as seen by PEOPLE, he claims he was dropped off at Combs’ hotel room by a counselor hired by his parents. He accuses Combs of giving it to him. drink ‘laced with drugs’, which he thinks is the date rape drug GHB, which made him ‘feel funny’.

After this, he claims Combs forced him to perform oral sex, telling the 10-year-old that “sometimes you have to do things you don’t want to do.”

It adds: “He regularly battles anxiety and night terrors.”

The male victim is currently being represented in court by attorney Tony Buzbee, who also represents other victims in the case.

Combs has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution, and is currently awaiting trial.

In addition to the charges, Combs has been hit with a series of accusations from multiple plaintiffs who have shared their claims in lawsuits.

He has denied all allegations against him.
