Brisbane Broncos star Ezra Mam has been drug tested by Queensland Police after being involved in a car crash with an Uber driver on Friday afternoon.

Queensland Police and the NRL Integrity Unit are investigating the incident which left Mam hospitalized as a precaution. No one was seriously injured in the incident.

Mom was moving house at the time of the accident.

Police are awaiting the results of a roadside drug test. No accusations of wrongdoing were made against Mam.

The Broncos star was hospitalized as a precaution and tested for drugs by Queensland police

“Police are investigating a two-vehicle road traffic accident in Bardon tonight, October 18,” QPS said in a statement.

‘Initial investigations indicate that at approximately 5:20 p.m., a Ford Ranger utility vehicle was traveling northeast along Simpsons Road when it struck a Toyota Camry, traveling in the opposite direction, near the intersection of The Drive.

‘Initial roadside drug tests were carried out on the public service driver, a 21-year-old Ipswich man; however, police are awaiting the results.

‘No one was seriously injured and investigations continue.’
