Officers are seeking help in locating Joshua Adam Hauger, wanted on assault charges

SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office needs your help finding Joshua Adam Hauger.

According to officers, the 29-year-old is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

On October 13, officers responded to a report of an assault.

When they arrived at the home, they encountered the victim who reported that Hauger threatened her and her boyfriend after he allegedly physically hit the slide of a gun and said he was “coming for them” as he walked toward the unarmed couple.

The victim told Hauger that he was busy recording surveillance cameras and had already called the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.

Officers were also told that the victim had recently broken off with Hauger after discovering he was cheating on her.

After telling Hauger she was calling the sheriff’s office, he allegedly fled with the gun and has been on the run ever since.

Joshua Adam Hauger is 6 feet tall and weighs 170 pounds. He also has active parole violations for residential burglary.
