Jon Moxley defends AEW World Title against Orange Cassidy at AEW Full Gear

Orange Cassidy has his sights set on the AEW World Championship and Jon Moxley will defend the gold at AEW Full Gear.

Cassidy initially chose not to perform as AEW World Champion Jon Moxley and his stable began to take AEW by storm. But when the faction took out Cassidy’s friend Chuck Taylor with a vicious attack on the October 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, he had had enough.

Cassidy came to the ring on the October 30 episode of AEW Dynamite and said he hated talking about leader. He highlighted AEW’s young roster, calling them the future. However, he said they didn’t know how dangerous Moxley was.

He said if Moxley had his way there would be no more AEW, so he realized he had to cut off the snake’s head and stop Moxley. He then challenged Moxley to a world title match and said he would wait for his answer.

Update: Moxley accepted the challenge later in the show and AEW confirmed the title match for AEW Full Gear.
