Trump is suing CBS for $75,000, claiming favoritism toward Kamala Harris

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA / azfamily.com) – Former President Donald Trump’s lawyers filed a complaint Thursday in federal court in Amarillo, Texas, alleging that CBS Broadcasting and CBS Interactive are siding with the Democratic Party and its presidential candidate, Vice President, in this year’s elections. Trump is seeking more than $75,000 in damages court documents obtained by KFDAcould amount to at least $10 billion.

The filing is in the court of Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, who was appointed by Trump.

The lawsuit includes several complaints, including Harris’ 60 Minutes broadcast that appeared after Trump refused to appear.

Trump also claims that most people know he will win the election.
