One is injured in a stabbing in North York; woman in custody

One woman was taken into custody after a stabbing in North York on Thursday evening, Toronto police say.

It happened at an apartment complex near Jane Street and Wilson Avenue around 11:30 p.m

Police say emergency services were called to the area for a reported stabbing and a man was found with non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to hospital for treatment.

One woman was arrested at the scene, police said. It is not clear what charges she is facing.
